The junior section hold regular competitions at 1.00pm on the first Sunday of each month from April to September. There are other knockout and team competitions throughout the summer.

Membership includes free lessons by Mike Tarn, a PGA qualified coach and resident professional at the Hearsall Club, which are held at 6.30pm on the first Monday of each month, also from April to September. 

Juniors may enter club competitions subject to a maximum handicap of 28 and tee time vacancies after 12 noon on the day preceding the competition.
